God has created each of us uniquely, wonderfully and purposefully! One of the 7 Essentials of a healthy small group is to…

In order to do this we want to better understand ourselves and each other. So here is our plan. 

Before our next small group…

1. Fill out one or both of the personality tests we’ve provided, Jung/Briggs-Meyers & Enneagram, both available in the app (for free).

2. Spend time prayerfully reflecting on the Thought Questions & Scriptures to prepare for a group discussion at our next meeting.

Thought Questions:

-Did anything surprise you about your assessments?

-In what ways does your personality type bear the image of God?

-What are some of the influences that led to you being who you are?

-Why do you think God created you the way you are?

Now read the descriptions of different spiritual gifts in Romans 12:6–8, I Peter 4:10-11, Ephesians 4:11

-Do any of these spiritual gifts feel like they fit your personality? Which ones?

-How do you think your personality type equips you to best serve in the church? In small group?
